Johnny Cornflakes: A Story About Loving the Unloved (a book based on my personal experience) has just been newly-published by Christian Focus Publishers. It, too, has been well-received.

For the past year and a half, Carolyn McKinstry and I have been working on writing a book about her experience as a survivor of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, Birmingham, AL, September 15, 1963, church bombing that killed her four friends. This tragic event helped change racial laws in this country and led to the 1964 Civil Rights Bill. Tyndale House Publishers will release this new book in February, 2011. (Working title: While the World Watched).

February, 2011, will also be the release date for two new books I've written for Christian Focus Publishers. More information on these books will be forth-coming.

Please take a moment to read about the new "Boot Camp for Christian Writers" writing-to-publish seminars that Carolyn Tomlin and I are teaching around the country. These have been well-attended, and have already helped numerous writers get their work published. Carolyn and I are also currently designing new Writing-to-Publish Seminars that we will teach internationally.
